Pandelis Tiliakos

Pandelis was called to the Bar in 2017 and accepts briefs in Building & Construction, Property and Commercial Law.

Pandelis was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2013 and the High Court of Australia in 2014.

Pandelis graduated from the University of New South Wales with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees and has since obtained a Certificate IV in Building and Construction.

His areas of interest include residential defect claims under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), payment claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW), relief against forfeiture and claims pursuant to s 88K of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW). He has presented several papers on these and other topics.
