Michael Bradford

Michael was admitted to practice at the New South Wales Bar in August 1979 and has been engaged in continuous full time practice on Third Floor Wentworth Chambers for the past 43 years. He maintained a fairly broad practice throughout that period but has extensive experience in all types of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis in Equity, Probate, Strata Titles and Trade Practices. He appears mainly in the Supreme Court of NSW, including the Court of Appeal, but he is able to appear in any court or tribunal. He has special expertise in Family Provision disputes and has worked extensively in the country region of New South Wales.

Michael is registered to become an Accredited Mediator and intends to conduct private mediations and provide other alternative dispute resolution services throughout New South Wales, including the Mid North Coast where he has a farm property at John’s River. Among other formal academic qualifications, Michael has a Master of Laws from University of Sydney and he has worked as a part time lecturer at the Law School of the University. Michael resides in Drummoyne with his wife, Meredith. They have two children, Riley and Eden. His main recreational interests include working on his farm, gardening and competitive swimming.
