Peter Menadue
Peter Menadue joined the Sydney Bar in 1996 and has practised full-time since that time.
​
After high school, he worked as a journalist for six years before studying law. He then obtained at first-class honours degree in Law at Sydney University (graduating second in his year) and a Bachelor of Civil Law degree at Oxford University.
​
He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1991. He worked as a commercial solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jacques for three years and as a solicitor in the office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions for one year.
​
Peter frequently appears in the Local, District and Supreme Courts, and the NSW Court of Appeal. He has appeared in special leave applications in the High Court and in coronial hearings. He has represented clients at innumerable mediations.
